芝士卷式蛋糕
Ingredient(A)
材料
Egg Yolk 300g
蛋黄
Castor sugar 80g
幼糖
Whole egg 2
全蛋
Salt 1/4tsp
盐
Vanilla essence 1/2tsp
香精
Ingredient(B)
材料
Cooking oil 100ml
油
Filled milk 100ml
奶水
Flour 200g
粉
Baking powder 1/2tsp
发粉
Ingredient(C)
材料
Egg white 400g
蛋白
Tartar powder 1/4tsp
打打粉
Castor sugar 100g
糖
Ingredient(D)
材料
Cheese floss A bit
芝士丝
Sugar A bit
糖
Method
做法
1. Beat ingredient(A) till fluffy. Add in ingredient (B).
首先将(A)料打发再加入B料。
2. Add in sugar, tartar powder and egg white©. Beat till fluffy.
蛋白另外,加入糖,打打打粉打发。
3. Then cover with cheese floss.
最后才铺上芝士丝。
