Milky & Walnut Homemade Bread Toast 鲜奶和核桃吐司













 

Handmade Steamed Buns 白馒头







 

Steamed Sago Kueh 三色沙谷米糕















Ingredient A
材料 A

Sago 350g
西米

Grated coconut 100g
椰丝

Sugar 150g


Coconut milk 50g
椰浆

Salt 1/2tsp



Ingredient B
材料 B


Grated coconut 150g
椰丝

Salt 1 tsp


Method
做法

1. Soak all sago in water for 30 minutes and drain.
将所有的西米浸泡30分钟后沥干。

2. Mix all ingredient A and divide into 3 layer.(Green, yellow and red). Later pour  into 8 inches tray steam for 20 minutes for each layer.  
把全部材料A混合后分成3个不同的颜色(青,黄和红3层)。之后再倒入一个8英寸盘,每一层蒸20分钟。

3. Mix all the ingredients B and steam about 5 minutes. 
混合材料B后再蒸5分钟。

4. After cool, cut and serve with steamed Ingredient B.
冷却后可切,然后加入材料B就可以食用。
