Method
做法
1. Cream butter and all ingredient A till well mixed and set aside.
将牛油搅打至乳白状后,加入所有的材料搅均匀放另一边。
2. Beat egg yolk with castor sugar and others ingredient B until thick.
将蛋黄和幼糖以及其它的材料B搅打至浓状。
3. Add into creamed butter and fold in all flour.
加入奶油,慢慢加入所有的材料C.
4. Grease the bake pan, pour 5 Tbsp of batter into 4 sides and middle of tray. Spread evenly.
烤盘底部捈油,倒入面糊在烘盘的中间以及四个角落,抹平。
5. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake the first layer for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove.
放入预热200温度的烤箱,烤大约5分钟至金黄色后取出。
6. Prick the layer of cake with a toothpick. Press down slightly. Repeat the step 5 till batter end.
用竹签刺些洞,释放气泡后压扁。重复步骤5至面糊用完。
7. While baking the second and upper layers, switch to upper heating element. Bake from above. From the last layer, bake from both sides.
在烤第二层及以上的其它层次时, 可关掉下火,只用上火。到最后一层是,可以用会上下火。

Method
做法
1. Clean and chop chicken meat. Marinate for a few hours.
先把鸡肉洗干净切块,腌入腌味料数个小时。
2. Heat up a work. Cook the gravy till boiled. Pour in chicken meat and quick fry.
起锅热油。
3. Dish up. A delicious and fragrant honey plum chicken is ready.
煮滚酱料把鸡肉倒入快手翻炒上碟。

做法
1. Use hot water to boil trotters and washed with clean water.
将切块的猪手用滚水烫过。然后用清水先干净备用。
2. Add oil in work and put in trotters to fry. Add in water, soya sauce and sugar.
起锅下油把猪手炒香,加入水,酱油和糖煮软。
3. Heat up work and sauce pounded ingredients till fragrant add in pineapple and trotters stir well, serve hot.
烧热油把香料爆香把猪手和凤梨倒入炒香,即可上碟。

做法
1. Mix butter, brown sugar. Beat soft till fluffy. Add in ingredient (B). Blend evenly.
将牛油和黄糖一起打松。后再加入材料(B)拌均。
2. Then mix in mocca powder and blend evenly.
然后把摩卡粉倒入拌均。
3. Add in flour and mix evenly.
最后才加入面粉混合均匀。
4. Use 160 degree to bake.
用160温度烘熟为止。

糖粉

Method
做法
1. Beat all ingredients at medium speed for 2 minutes.
上述材料以中火速搅拌2分钟。
2. Knead dough about ½ thick and scrape slowly with fork and cut out.
将混合料压入模内,扣出。置入烘盘内。
3. Bake in oven at 150 degrees for 15 minutes or till golden brown in colour.
以小火烘15分钟即可。

Flour 300g
面粉
Baking powder 1/2tsp
发粉
Fried cashew nut (Pound) 200g
腰豆(留适量为装饰用)

Method
做法
1. Butter and sugar mix well. Then add in egg yolk and cashew nut powder.
将牛油和幼糖搅拌。再加入蛋黄和腰豆粉。
2. Stir well by using wooden spoon. Then add in flour and baking powder as a dough.
以木匙拌均。继加入面粉与发粉拌成面团。
3. Divide the dough into many cashew nut and apply egg. Bake for 20-25 minutes with 175 degrees.
将以上粉团圈出腰豆形。饰上一粒腰豆。然后扫上蛋液。入烘炉以175温度烘20-25分钟。
