1. Grade A Egg - 3pcs
2. Plain flour - 300g
3. Castor sugar - 200g
4. Isotonic water( 7 up / 100 Plus - 200ml
1. Beat the eggs and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved, or light and fluffy.
2. Fold in sifted flour in 3 batches, add in isotonic drinks mixed well.
3. Pour in a 7 inches round bamboo basket lined with glasses proof paper.
4. Steamed in the preheated steamer or heat for about 1 hour.
