Method
做法


1. Mix in the egg yolk, castor sugar, vanilla essence and beat evenly.
将蛋黄,幼糖,香精先打起。

2. Add in fresh milk and corn oil slowly.
把奶水和玉米油慢慢加入。

3. Then add in flour and blend evenly for use later.
再加入面粉搅拌,待用。

4. Beat ingredient (B) egg white, castor sugar and cream tartar.
另外把(B)料:蛋白,幼糖和塔塔粉打起。

5. Lastly blend in ingredient (B) and (A) evenly.
最后把(B)料和(A)料混合均匀。

Method
做法

1. Mix in ingredient(A) and blend evenly.
加入(A) 料混合均匀。

2. Add in ingredient (A) continue to stir and blend till thickening.
加入(A) 料继续搅拌至浓。

3. Mix in ingredient (C) and beat until harder. Blend evenly.
加入(C)料打至硬搅拌均匀即可。

4. Pour in mixture to 10 in baking tray.
倒入10寸烘盘里。

5. Use 150 degree to bake till cooked.
以150温度烘熟为止。

Method
做法

1. Beat the eggs, castor sugar. Add in chocolate essence.
首先把蛋,幼糖一同打起才加入巧克力香精。

2. Then add in ingredient (B), blend evenly.
过后加入材料(B)拌均匀。

3. Lastly mix in ingredient (C) blend evenly/
最后把材料(C)倒入捞均匀。

做法

Beat egg, flour evenly. Mix in water and beat till thickening. Add in oil and blend evenly.

做法

1. Grease cake tray with oil. Cover base of the tray with paper, grease the top with boil. Pour in half portion of the dough into the tray together with one-third of minced meat. Steam for 10-15 minutes. Pour in the remainder of the dough on top together with the left over minced meat. Steam till cooked.
将糕盘涂油。铺纸再涂油。然后将糕点团的一半放下去蒸。面上铺下三分之一的肉料。蒸约10-15分钟。再剩下的糕点倒下及铺上余下的肉料,蒸至熟为止。

Method
做法

1. Heat pan add in oil to fry onion till brown. Fry garlic for a while, add in meat, prawn and mushroom. After that, add in (A) and the mixture till cooked. Remove mixture onto a greased tray. When cool, cut the cake into pieces and fry with oil.
热锅爆香头,蒜头,加入肉粹,香菇,虾米,再加入(A)及水煮一会儿,加入面线煮至熟,然后将熟料倒入盘内。待冷就可享用或者粘玉米粉以热油炸即可。

做法


1. Mix (A) ingredient, rest for 1 hour.
将(A)粉拌均匀待发1小时。

2. After 1 hour add to (B) ingredients, knead the dough till smooth then divided into small pcs, and wrap with filling. Steam for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
将发好粉团加入(B)料搓至成光滑状然后摘小粒包入馅料入蒸笼蒸分钟即成。

做法

Heat the pan with 5Tbsp of oil, then add in cha siew and corely. Finally, add in gravy, fry well.
热油5Tbsp炒香继下元西炒香,再味汁炒至干稍后置入冰箱内待冷始易包用。

1. Beat egg white, sugar, SP oil till flufty. Add in egg yolk one by one.
将蛋白和糖,SP油打发再把蛋黄逐粒加入。

2. Then add in ingredient (B) and beat evenly.
然后加入(B)料打均。

3. Blend in flour,butter and beat thoroughly.
最后拌入面粉和牛油搅均匀。

4. Use 150 degrees to bake for 30 minutes till baked.
用150度烘30分钟至熟为止。

Method
做法

1. Cook water, sugar and agar-agar till boiling for use later.
首先水,糖和燕菜粉一起煮待用。

2. Mash mango meat, add in water. Cut mango meat into cube shapes. Add in ingredient A together woth milk, mango squash. Pour into cups. Serve when cool.
水,芒果肉搅烂另外芒果肉切丁。把搅拌好的芒果倒入料再加入奶水及芒果汁便可倒入杯中待冷冻后可食用。
