Kuih Bingka Beras 猪油糕


 








Ingredients 
材料

1. 粘米粉 270g
    Rice flour
2. 木薯粉 90g
    Tapioca flour
3. 细砂糖 215g
    Caster Sugar  
4. 盐 2g
    Salt
5. 鲜椰浆 650g
    Santan
6. 清水 550g
    Water

(上下火,不开旋风,中层烤Top Bottom Heat, No Fan Force, Middle Rack)

(预热烤箱180C: 100-110分钟。开始上色/70分钟后, 旋转烤盘上色均匀
Preheated Oven 180C: 100-110minutes/ After 70min/Start browning, rotate pan to brown evenly)
