Chestnut flour 120g
马蹄粉
Water 300ml

Method
做法
1. Soak green in water for 5 to 6 hours. Cook for 10 minutes till boiled in water. Dip in cold water for a while. Drip dry.
将绿豆浸水5-6小时。煮滚10分钟。浸入冷水中片刻，沥干。
2. Steam the green bean till soft and expand.
将豆蒸至膨胀松软。
3. Cook the ingredient(A) for 10 minutes until the sugar turns sticky.
将(A)材料煮滚10分钟，至糖呈浓胶状。
4. Mix in 300ml water to the chestnut flour. Blend evenly then filter it.
把马蹄粉与300ml水混合均匀，然后过滤之。
5.Boil ingredient (A) till boiled. Slowly mix ingredient(B). Then pour in the steamed green bean. Use small fire to cook till bubble. Scoop up in a bowl to serve with Ýou Char Kueh”.
把(A) 材料煮滚，并慢慢倒入上述混合(B)粉料，再倒入蒸好的绿豆，继续以小火煮至滚起，便可盛入小碗中，拌以油条同食。

Method
做法
1. Cut honey melon into two hales. One half in a blender. Another half cut into cubes.
将密瓜分成半。一半搅成汁，另一半分切拌待用。
2. Boil hot water. Add in sago, boil till cooked.
煮滚适量水加入西米煮至熟。
3. Mix sugar, pandan leaves and water cook till boil. Pour in coconut milk, melon squash and sago mix well. Put inside the fridge.
将清水，糖，香兰叶煮至滚倒入椰浆，密瓜汁及西米来拌成其它材料代冷加入冰块就可享用。

Method
做法
1. Cook water, sugar and agar-agar till boiling for use later.
首先水，糖和燕菜粉一起煮待用。
2. Mash mango meat, add in water. Cut mango meat into cube shapes. Add in ingredient A together woth milk, mango squash. Pour into cups. Serve when cool.
水，芒果肉搅烂另外芒果肉切丁。把搅拌好的芒果倒入料再加入奶水及芒果汁便可倒入杯中待冷冻后可食用。

Water 300ml

Water 2600~2700ml
水
Pandan leaves 5 pcs

Sea coconut 1 can

Method
做法
1. Ice jelly powder mix with 2600ml ~ 2700ml water, stir.
将爱玉冰粉和2600~2700毫升的水拌匀.
2. Cook till tick, serve cold.Can serve with honey sea coconut if preferred.
以中火将(1)混合液煮至沸即可.待冷置入冰箱.吃用时,加入酸柑汁,糖液或其他所喜爱之果类如海底椰,亚答仔等.
