Water 1800ml


Milk 350ml
奶水

Mango Squash 1000ml
芒果汁

Agar agar Powder 1 Packet
燕菜粉

Castor sugar 400g
幼糖

Ingredient B
材料B

Water 100ml


Mango 300g
芒果

Mango(Cubes) Some
芒果(切丁)

Method
做法

1. Cook water, sugar and agar-agar till boiling for use later.
首先水,糖和燕菜粉一起煮待用。

2. Mash mango meat, add in water. Cut mango meat into cube shapes. Add in ingredient A together woth milk, mango squash. Pour into cups. Serve when cool.
水,芒果肉搅烂另外芒果肉切丁。把搅拌好的芒果倒入料再加入奶水及芒果汁便可倒入杯中待冷冻后可食用。
