上海蒸肉糕

Meat Ingredient
肉料

Shallot 5(Sliced) use oil to fry till fragrant
小葱5粒切丝,用少许油炒香后加入猪肉粹

Minced meat 150g
猪肉粹

Sugar 1Tbsp


Tapioca flour 1tsp
木薯粉

Light soya sauce 1tsp
鼓油

Dark soya sauce 1Tbsp
生抽

Pepper 1tsp
胡椒粉


MSG 1tsp
味精

Cake Ingredient
糕料

Egg 5Pcs(Cooled)
冷蛋

Flour 200g
面粉

Milk 3Tbsp
淡奶

Raising powder 1tsp
发粉
SP oil 1Tbsp
SP油

Salt 1/2tsp


Method
做法

1. Grease cake tray with oil. Cover base of the tray with paper, grease the top with boil. Pour in half portion of the dough into the tray together with one-third of minced meat. Steam for 10-15 minutes. Pour in the remainder of the dough on top together with the left over minced meat. Steam till cooked.
将糕盘涂油。铺纸再涂油。然后将糕点团的一半放下去蒸。面上铺下三分之一的肉料。蒸约10-15分钟。再剩下的糕点倒下及铺上余下的肉料,蒸至熟为止。
