Fresh milk 150ml
奶水

Green tea powder 20g
绿茶粉

Corn oil 150ml
玉米油

Ingredient (B)
材料(B)

Egg yolk 10 Pcs
蛋黄

Whole egg 2 Pcs
全蛋

Baking powder 1tsp
发粉

Super fine flour 150g
特幼面粉

Castor sugar 50g
幼糖

Salt Bit


Red bean 1 tin
红豆

Ingredient (C)
材料(C)

Egg white 10 Pcs
蛋白

Castor sugar 150g
幼糖

Cream tartar Bit
塔塔粉

Filling & Garnishing
馅料和装饰

Whipping topping 500g
鲜奶油

Fresh milk 400ml
奶水

Instant custard powder 200g
快速蛋黄粉

Method
做法

1. Mix in ingredient(A) and blend evenly.
加入(A) 料混合均匀。

2. Add in ingredient (A) continue to stir and blend till thickening.
加入(A) 料继续搅拌至浓。

3. Mix in ingredient (C) and beat until harder. Blend evenly.
加入(C)料打至硬搅拌均匀即可。

4. Pour in mixture to 10 in baking tray.
倒入10寸烘盘里。

5. Use 150 degree to bake till cooked.
以150温度烘熟为止。
