Egg 5nos
鸡蛋

Thick coconut milk 300ml
浓椰浆

Sugar 350g
粗糖

Ingredient(B)
材料

Sugar 200g
粗糖

Pandan leaves 10Pcs
班兰叶

Boiled water some
滚水

Method
做法

1. First beat the egg and sugar until fluffy. Cook for a while and add in thick coconut milk. Cook until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
首先将鸡蛋打散,敦煮,一会儿加入浓椰浆煮至起色到转浓。


2. Add 200g of sugar. Cook until brownish in colour. Pour in (1) and cook for a little while. Then take out the mixture. An aromatic and fragrant “kaya” is ready for breakfast with bread.
把200克的糖煮至变褐色,最后倒入敦好的材料,便能成为一道香喷喷的咖椰
