French Blueberry Cake
法兰式兰梅蛋糕

Ingredient(A)
材料

Butter 300g
牛油

Castor sugar 180g
幼糖

Ingredient(B)
材料

Whipping topping 50g
鲜奶油

Sugar syrup 1tsp
香精

Almond powder 100g
杏仁粉

Full cream milk 3Tbsp
炼奶

Vanilla essence 1tsp
香精

Ingredient(C)
材料

Top flour 250g
Top粉

Baking powder 1tsp
发粉

Corn Flour 2Tbsp
玉米粉

Method
做法

1. Beat butter and sugar till soft. Add in full cream milk, sugar, oil and beat evenly.
牛油和幼糖打松。加入鲜奶油搅打。再加入炼奶,糖油打均匀。

2. Beat egg while till fluffy. Slowly add in egg yolk and beat till thicker. Mix ingredient(A) to (C) and blend evenly. Then add in flour blend thoroughly.
把蛋白打发,再慢慢加入蛋黄,打成浓状。把(A)料加入(C)料混合均匀。最后才加入粉料拌均。用150温度烘。
