彩虹山楂蛋糕

Ingredient
材料

Soda biscuit 250g
大饼

Oat flake 50g
麦片

Ground almond 100g
杏仁粉

Butter 250g
牛油

Castor sugar 180g
幼糖

Egg 450ml
鸡蛋

Vanilla flavor 1tsp
香精

Milk powder 1Tbsp
牛奶粉

Green, yellow coloring Bit
青黄色素

Haw flake Some
山楂

Method
做法

1. First heat butter and sugar till fluffy. Add eggs one a time and beat evenly.
首先把牛油和糖打松,蛋分1粒粒加入打均。

2. Add in milk powder, vanilla flavor, oat flake, ground almond. Then add in soda biscuit.
再下奶粉,香精,麦片,杏仁粉。最后加入饼粉把糕点料分成2种颜色。

3. Divide the cake mixture into 2 colors, evenly layer adds in haw flake. Steam for 5 minutes. The last layer steam for 20 minutes to 25 minutes until fully cooked.
再一层加上山楂蒸约5分钟。最后一层约20分钟至25分钟直到蒸熟为止。

  1. Pei pa koa is pretty decent cough medicine (from herbal as I remembered), great non alcoholic medicine, some western cough medicine are more effective, but this is non drowsy.
