柠檬慕斯蛋糕

Lemon crème (Filling)
材料

Lemon fruit paste 500g
柠檬酱

Fish gelatin 30g
鱼胶粉

Water 100ml


Whipping cream 300g
鲜奶油

Castor sugar 40g


Cake ingredient
蛋糕材料

Cake flour 300g
蛋糕粉

Egg 300g
鸡蛋

Water 75ml


Corn oil 75ml
玉米油

Method(Filling)
做法

1. Mix fish gelatin in water. Blend evenly.
将鱼胶粉和水拌均。

2. Steam up. Add in lemon fruit paste.
熟热加入柠檬果酱。

3. Add in whipping cream for use later.
再加入打好的鲜奶油代用。

Cake(Preparation)
蛋糕的做法

1. Beat eggs, flour till fluffy. Slowly add in water. Then add in corn oil. Pour into 9 inches tray. Use 150 degrees to bake. Refrigerate the cake for 2 hours.
首先把蛋,粉打起慢慢加入水,最后才加入玉米油倒入9寸盘,用150火都烘熟为止。
