Ingredient

Egg 2
鸡蛋
Castor sugar 250g
幼糖
Ovalet 1 1/2tsp
黄油
Hong Kong flour 300g
香港粉
Coloring Chocolate, red, green
色素 朱古力,红色,青色
Pandan leaves ½ tsp
兰叶叶
Full cream milk 2Tbsp
牛奶
Boil water 200ml
滚水
Method
做法
1. Beat the eggs, sugar, ovalet till thickening. Add in water mix with flour and blend evenly. Divide a portion and add in colouring. Then pour the mixture into moulds and steam for 20 minutes.
将蛋,糖,黄油搅拌至浓缩状 ,加入滚水,混合面粉拌均,取一份,加入不同色素,倒入模型蒸20分钟。
