


Mocca Coffee Walnut Cake
咖啡核桃蛋糕

Egg 8nos
鸡蛋
Chocolate rice 50g
巧克力米
Butter 375g
牛油
Salt 1/4tsp
盐
Baking powder 1/4tsp
发粉
Mocca coffee 3Tbsp
咖啡粉
Sugar 350g
糖
Walnut 100g
核桃
Nestles cream 130g
Raising flour 260g
直发面粉
Coffee oil 1tsp
咖啡精
Method
做法
1. Stir the butter and ½ sugar gently then add in the nestles cream.
牛油和糖同打一会儿加入Nestles cream 及咖啡精拌至发。
2. Stir the egg and ½ sugar.
蛋和另外一半糖拌至发起。
3. Put (2) into (1) well then add in flour, walnut. Stir thoroughly and transfer to a mould. Bake in oven for 1 hour.
然后将(2)项加入(1)项拌均再加入面粉,核桃轻拌均后倒入10寸盘内烘1小时(170度)。
