



Chinese Crispy Rice Dumpling
中式香脆饭团
Rice 450g
饭
Dry prawns 100g
虾米
Pepper 1tsp
胡椒粉
Potato flour A bit
署粉
Green onion 50g
青葱
Salt 3/4tsp
盐
MSG 1/2tsp
味精
Peanuts A bit
花生
Red chilli 2Pcs
红辣椒
Carrot A bit
红萝卜
Method
做法
1. Put rice, dry prawns, pepper, salt and MSG in a bowl and stir well.
将冷饭放入深盆内加入虾米,红辣椒,盐,味精拌均。
2. Then put in green onion, red chilli and potato flour.
再加入青葱,红辣椒。最后下署粉。
3. Divide the rice dough into 18.
把饭团分成18粒,面上用花生点缀。
4. Deep fry until golden colour.
热油把饭团炸成金黄色便可上桌。
