Ingredient
材料

Rice flour 300g
粘米粉

Sugar 160g


Plain water 11/2 bowls
清水

Special dry yeast 1Tbsp
特别发酵粉

Rice Half bowl
白饭

Eno 1Tbsp
果子盐

Method
做法

1. Mix the boiled rice with dry yeast together and allow fermenting for 11/2 days.Boil the sugar with 1 1/2 bowls of water. Stir until all the sugar dissolve and put aside to cool.Put the rice flour, ground mixture, sugar syrup in a big bowl and nix well then sieve. Add in Eno(salt) and mix well. Divide into 5 portions with diffrent colour in each portion. Pour into small cups and steam with big fire in about 10 minutes。 Wait until cold and then serve with grated coconut and red sugar.
饭拌入发酵粉,待发1天半,以中机搅烂。糖和水煮溶。将混合物分成数份,调入色素,倒入小杯,猛火蒸。食时,沾红糖配椰丝更美味。
