Butter 250g
牛油

Brown sugar 230g
黄糖

Egg white 3
蛋白

Prunes 300g
黑枣

Vanilla essence 1/2tsp
香精

Egg yolk 8
蛋黄

Mixture
混合均匀

Warm water 250ml
温水

Chocolate powder 40g
巧克力

Soda bi-carbonate 1 1/4 tsp
苏打粉

Condense milk 3Tbsp
炼奶

Plain flour 250g

Method
做法

Use the K-beater beat butter, sugar at medium speed till colour become light. Add in egg white and blend well. Slowly add in egg yolk mixture and add in prunes, vanilla essence and mix well. Then place mixture onto 9 inches cake tray with paper at the side and base. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for approx. 60 minutes.
将牛油,黄糖搅打至乳白,加入蛋白搅拌均匀,满满加入蛋黄,拌均,加入香精和黑枣拌均,然后加入(B)料混合均匀,倒入9寸方模内用140度烘1个小时。
