中筋面粉

Shortening 50g
白油

Castor sugar 2Tbsp

材料(B) 油皮

Plain flour 100g
中筋面粉

Shortening 60g
白油

Filling
馅料

Melon seed 60g
瓜子

Walnut 60g
核桃

Black sesame 50g
黑芝麻

Cooked flour 100g
熟面粉

Shortening 150g
白油

Lemon biscuit 30g
吉饼

Candy winter melon 30g
冬瓜糖

Salt ½ tsp


Pepper ½ tsp
胡椒粉

Icing sugar 100g
糖粉

Method
做法


1. Mix and blend the filling evenly. Add in shortening. Knead evenly. Divide into 8 equal portions.
将上述所有馅料混合均匀,加入白油搓分切8等份。

Water pastry : Add shortening, water to the flour. Knead softly to form dough. Leave for 30 minutes.
水皮做法:面粉,加入白油及水,并轻搓成面团,待发30分钟。

Oil pastry : Mix flour and cooking oil. Knead evenly. Leave for 30 minutes. Take out one portion water pastry and wrap into the oil pastry.
油皮做法:面粉和油搓均待发30分钟。取出1份水皮包入1份油皮。
