Rice 360g

Chinese mushroom 4 Pcs
香菇
Chinese sausage 1

Thick salted fish 1 ½
咸鱼
Thick young ginger 3

Marinade(B)
调味料(B)
Light soya sauce 1Tbsp
生抽
Oyster soya sauce 2Tbsp
蚝油
Dark soya sauce ½ tsp
黑酱油
Chinese cooking wine 1Tbsp
花雕油
Sesame oil 1Tbsp
麻油
Pepper ½ Tbsp
胡椒粉
Sugar 1tsp
糖
Corn flour 1 tsp
薯粉
Method
做法
1. Mix chicken, mushroom with marinade and ginger, season for 1 hour.
将材料(A)和材料(B) 腌一小时。
2. Put rice and chicken stock into claypot,cover and bring to boil.Lower fire and cook with low heat till holes are formed on top.
把米洗滴干放入瓦煲中煮滚在转小火至饭出许多小洞。
3. Spread marinated chicken and mushrooms, chinese sausage on top, cover and cook with low till rice are is dry and chicken pieces are cook another 15 minutes.
饭上放入腌好的香菇,腊肠在以小火煮至肉熟大约15分钟离火。
4. Remove from fire.Sprinkle salted fish on top,cover and leave to stand for 10
min till rice is dry and fluffy.Before serving,sprinkle spring onion and red chilly on.
在等10分钟饭干收水便可以撒上葱和辣椒便可享用。
