油炸芝麻枣

Ingredient
材料

Water 150g


Castor sugar 120g


Cook sweet potato 300g
番薯

Glutinous rice flour 260g
糯米粉

Filling
馅料

Tau Sa 1Kg
豆沙

Method
做法

1. Mix water to sweet potato and grind them well.
番薯煮烂后打成薯泥。

2. Put sugar into water and cook the mixture until the well.
水与糖混合煮至糖溶。

3. Add all the ingredients and molded.
然后加入所有用料再打成团状。

4. Take out the molded paste and cut into 24 small ball form.
取出粉团切分24小粒(30g)

5. Wrap the ingredients into the dumplings.
将粉团包上馅料。

6. Roll them with white sesame and fry them into golden colour.
滚上白芝麻,以慢火炸成金黄色即可。
