Tapioca flour 1Tbsp
太白粉
Light soya sauce 2Tbsp
酱清

Mashed Garlic A bit
搅烂祘米
Mashed Dry chili A bit
搅烂辣椒干
Mashed Shallot A bit
搅烂葱头子
Method
做法
1. Cut meet into slices, marinade to flavor.
将肉片切成小片, 加入腌料, 腌制入味。
2. Put cooking oil into a wok. Heat up adds in mashed garlic chili and shallot quick
fry add in young ginger.
将油倒入锅内, 热一热, 加入已搅烂至腌料爆香, 再加入嫩姜粒。
3. Add in marinated pork. Mix in sweat bean, carrot dry till armies. Dish up spicy
with ground nut.
加入腌妥的肉片(1)再加入荷兰豆, 红萝卜炒香, 盛碟后撒上少许花生即可。
