Method
做法

1.Cut chicken drumstick into pieces. Add in marinade ingredient to flavour. Put
into a wok to fry. Dish up for use.
将鸡肉切块,加入腌料至入味。再加入油内过油,炸一下捞起,待用。

2. Remove garlic skin and dry in oil. Quick fry curry leaves. Pour in 3 cups
seasoning Together with fried chicken meat. Cook evenly and simmer for 5
minutes. A unique and fragrant Taiwan flavour dish is read.
将蒜头去皮,在逐粒放入油内炸一下。再加入咖哩叶一起爆香,倒入3杯调味料及炸妥的鸡肉,拌煮均匀,在焖煮5分钟,即成
别具风味的美食。
