港式萝卜糕


Ingredient
材料

Rice flour 500g
粘米粉

Tapioca flour 100g
木薯粉

Hot water 1000ml
热开水

Water 500ml
清水

Seasoning
调味料

Sugar 2Tbsp


Salt 3tsp


Pepper powder 1tsp
胡椒粉

Light soya sauce 1Tbsp
生抽

MSG 1/2tsp
味精

Filling
馅料

Meat 100g
肉粹
(chopped)

Dry prawn 50g
虾米

Fry shallot A bit
葱头酥

Method
做法

1. Heat up the work. Stir fry chopped meat, dry prawn. Add in seasoning for use later.
热锅先把肉粹和虾米炒香,加入调味料。

2. Scald shredded carrot with boil water.
将萝卜和热水一起煮滚。

3. Add in water to rice flour and stir until starch-like. Mix in shredded carrot, filling and blend evenly. Then pour the mixture into 9 inches tray. Use hot fire to steam for 1 hour. After cooling, cut the cake into small portions and bake till golden color.
粘米粉和清水拌均后成糊状,加入煮滚的萝卜热水搅拌均匀,再加入馅料拌均。倒入一个9寸盆中,用大火蒸大约1小时即可。待冷后切片,炸成金黄色便成一道香喷喷的萝卜糕。
