Egg Free Cake
素食健康蛋糕
Ingredient(A)
材料(A)
Egg gree healthy cake premix 500g
无蛋健康蛋糕于拌粉
Vanilla powder 1 ½ tsp
香兰粉
Salt 1/8 tsp
盐
Ingredient(B)
材料(B)
Emulsifer 40g
乳化油
Softener 10g
柔软油
Cooking oil / margarine 95g
食油/牛油
Ingredient(C)
材料(C)
Water / fresh milk 500ml
水/ 鲜奶
Ingredient(D)
材料(D)
Coffee essence / Chocolate essence A bit
咖啡精 / 巧克力精
Method
做法
Warm up the ingredient (B) till dissolve, then mix it with ingredient (A). Add in 2/3of ingredient (C), then stif from the low speed to medium speed. After 3 minutes, add in the balance of 1/3 pf ingredient (C) and mix it medium speed to high speed for another 3 minutes. After all, stir it well in a minute in low speed.
Baking temperature is 140 degrees.
将材料(B)溶解后倒入材料内(溶解温度不可太高), 把2/3的材料(C)材料倒入,以低速至中等速度搅拌大约3分钟。然后把剩下的1/3的材料倒入并以中等速度至高速度搅拌3分钟。然后在以低速度搅拌1分钟即可。烘焙温度为140度。
