Hong Kong Cute Pao
Lean shred pork 450g
Ginger sauce 1Tbsp
Sesame oil 1Tbsp
Wine A bit
1. Add salt to flour. Divide into half portions. Use hot water to make into dough. Use cold water to knead the other half of the flour into dough. Mix the 2 portions. Rest for 30 minutes.
2. Blend shredded meat, ginger oil, sugar and wine. Mix evenly. Add in stock, sesame oil and blend. Put inside a fridge. Roll and press the dough into thin sheets. Scoop half table spoon filing(meat) on top and wrap into pau.
3. Place banana leave on a steaming trap. Display the pau on top. Use strong heat to steam for 10 minutes.
