Ingredient
材料

Rice flour 150g
粘米粉

Starch 1 Tbsp
汀面粉

Salt 1/2tsp


MSG 1/4tsp
味精

Oil 1 ½ Tbsp


Water 570ml


Filling
馅料

Garlic 3 Pcs
祘米

Sweet Taucu 1tsp
甜豆酱

Pork 1/2tsp
肉碎

Salted turnips 75g
菜脯碎

Oil 6Tbsp


Gravy
味料

MSG 1/2tsp
味精

Sugar 2tsp


Light soya sauce 1/2Tbsp
生抽

Black soya sauce 1/2tsp
老抽

Pepper 1/4tsp
胡椒粉

Water 125ml


Method
做法

1. Mix ingredients together. Add in 180ml water mix well.
将上述材料和均匀后,加入200ml 水拌均。

2. Boil the water 390ml and pour into (1) ingredients.
将375 ml 的水煮沸冲入(1) 料内拌成米浆,才加生油。

3. Put into small cup and steam for 10-12 minutes.
将上述米浆倒入蒸盘蒸10 – 12分钟即可。
