Chicken 600g


Marinade/Seasoning
材料

Shaoxing Wine 1Tbsp
绍兴酒

Salt 1/2tsp


Light soya sauce 1tsp
生抽

Sesame oil 2tsp
麻油

MSG 1/2tsp
味精

Water 2Tbsp


Gravy
煮料

Plum sauce 4Tbsp
酸梅酱

Honey 2Tbsp
蜜汁

Chilli sauce 3Tbsp
辣椒汁

Salt 1/2tsp


Lime juice 11/2Tbsp
酸梅

Method
做法

1. Clean and chop chicken meat. Marinate for a few hours.
先把鸡肉洗干净切块,腌入腌味料数个小时。

2. Heat up a work. Cook the gravy till boiled. Pour in chicken meat and quick fry.
起锅热油。

3. Dish up. A delicious and fragrant honey plum chicken is ready.
煮滚酱料把鸡肉倒入快手翻炒上碟。
