Method
做法
1. Cut chicken wing into 2 halves. Add on pickle and marinade for half an hour till flavour. Put them inside a boiling pot and simmer. Scoop up for use later.
将鸡翅膀切开两半,加入腌料,腌半个小时,至入味,放入油锅,泡油,捞起,备用。
2. Blend spices and fry in a work. Add in red chili, green chili, crushed tomato and preservatives. Mix them evenly. Add in chicken wing, cook for 10 minutes until flavoured. A delicious tomato chicken is ready for serving.
将香料全部一起搅烂,倒入锅中,炒至出红油, 再加入红辣椒,青辣椒,番茄粹及调味料,一起拌炒均匀,再加入鸡翅膀(1),焖煮10分钟。待入味,即可盛盘。
