Fresh milk 100 ml

Big onion(30g) 1
大葱(30克)切丝

Green pepper ½
青辣椒

Mazarella cheese 125 g
Mozarella芝士

Mushroom 5 pcs
磨菇

Pizza source 3 Tbsp
比萨酱

Method
做法

1. First put yeast, sugar, salt into fresh milk and stir evenly. Pour in flour dough knead until they are not sticky. Over them with paper and wait for the dough to ferment for ½ hour(the dough will double in size).
把盐,酵母, 糖加入鲜奶中搅均,倒入面粉团,揉至不粘手,盖上胶纸,待团发1/2小时(至双倍粉团)

2. Knead the dough for a few minutes. Press them into the baking tray and add in the ingredients. Bake it for 20 minutes with 180 degrees.
把发好的粉团搓一搓,轻压进涂好油的烘盘里,放入混合的比萨料,用180度烘温度烘20至25分钟即成。
