New Year Huat Kueh新年发糕

Ingredients (A)
材料(A)

Soft brown sugar 280g
椰糖

Coconut milk 260ml
椰浆

Water 200ml


Pandan leave 6 pcs
香兰叶

Ingredient (B)
材料(B)

Plain flour 300g
面粉

Baking power ½ tsp
发粉

Ingredient (C)
材料(C)

Instant yeast 2tsp
酵母

Method
做法

1. Mix (A) together, bring to a boil and stir sugar until dissolve, sift and leave it cool and for further use.
将(A)料混合煮至糖溶待冷。

2. Mix (B) together with slow speed then gradually in coconut milk.
(A)加(B) 拌均再加入料拌均后过滤。

3. Add in (C) and stir well before steam.
最后加入(C)。

4. Pour the butter into small cups. Use big fire to steam for 20 minutes till cook.
将以上的面糊倒入小杯,以猛火蒸20分钟即成。
