Golden Dates Yam金芋枣

Ingredient(A)
材料

Yam 500g
芋头

Bean curd skin ½(10in x 3 in)
腐竹皮

Ingredient(B)
材料

Fish meat 100g
鱼肉

Pork 100g
猪肉

Carrot ½ Pcs
红萝卜

Water chest nut 100g
马蹄

Seasoning
调味料

Flour 6 Tbsp
面粉

Fermented bean curb 1 Pcs
腐乳

Cooking oil 1 Tbsp
食油

Sugar 1 Tbsp


MSG ½ tsp
味精

Five spices poeder 1tsp
五香粉

Pepper powder 1 tsp
胡椒粉

Salt ¾ tsp


Method
做法

1. Steam the yam until cooked. Use a knife to press till mashed. Use hands to blend evenly. Add in seasonings and blend.
将芋头蒸熟,用刀压烂,加入已经切好的材料(B)。用手拌均,再加入调味料,拌均后备用。

2. Cut the bean curb skin(10 in x 3 in) and wrap into the sausages shape.
将(1)用剪刀剪成10寸长3寸宽之腐竹皮包成腊肠状。

3 . Deep fry the yam dates until cooked in a pot. An appetizing dish is ready.
将芋枣(2)用油炸熟,即成美味佳肴。
