Ingredient
材料

Mushroom 3 Pcs
香菇

Pork 150g
五花肉

Bean Paste 250g
豆酱

Chili sauce 2Tbsp
辣椒酱

Seasoning
调味料

Sugar 4Tbsp


Water 100ml


Method
做法

1. First cook the pork till 80% cooked. Cut into cubes for use.
首先把猪肉煮至七八分熟,切粒待用。

2. Heat the work, stir fry chili, mushroom and bean paste.
起锅热油炒香辣椒酱和香菇,豆酱。

3. Add in pork, sugar, water. Cook till boil. A delicious dish is ready.
最后才下猪肉,糖,水煮滚,便可成为一道美味的佳肴。
