Snow Moon Cake
冰皮月饼

Ingredients
材料

(A) Top flour 80g (Steam for 15 minutes and cool it)
水仙粉

Kao Fen 130g
糕粉

Icing sugar 200g
糖粉

Water 165g
冷开水

Crisco 60g
白油

Banana essence 1/4tsp
香精


(B) 2T floor mix 3T hot water
另外以2T面粉加入3汤匙水煮熟代用。


(C) Melon seeds 100g
瓜子

Lotus seeds paste 1.4Kgs
莲蓉(或豆沙)

Method
制法

1. Siege the cake flour and the steamed flour make a hole in the middle add in all the ingredients (A) mix them well.
首先把冷开水加入糖粉拌溶化加入粉团,白油用胶刀拌和才用手(用手套)搓
光滑。

2. Leave it for 15 minutes.
将上述80克水仙粉蒸15分钟,待冷压细过筛备用。


3. Roll it in long shape, cut to small pieces make it flat to wrap up the fillings. Place it onto the moon cake mould and press hard, then tap the moon cake out. Finally serve.

将糕粉和水仙粉于桌面,开成鸟窝状加入白油,糖粉,冷开水,香兰精及冲熟之粉糊,然后用手搓成。
