荔枝椰果蜜菜燕月饼

Ingredients

Lychee 1 Can
荔枝

Agar-agar powder 3tsp
菜燕粉

Water 350ml


Coconut cube A few
椰果蜜


Skin


Lychee juice 500ml
荔枝水

Milk 500ml
奶水

Sugar 100g


Water 50ml


Agar-agar power 1 Packet

Method
方法

1. Boil agar-agar powder, water, sugar, lychee (blend) until boiled. Add in coconut
cube.
菜燕粉,水菜燕精,水和糖煮溶。加入奇异果煮沸即成馅料。将椰果蜜适量分配放入模中,才倒入(2)料即成馅料。将所有的皮料一起煮
沸备用。


2. Pour a little(1) onto a mould. Leave to cool, Then add in(1) and pour another (2)
onto mould.
先倒入一点(1)料在一月饼模中待不粘手,放入馅料再倒入(1)料即成。
