Kiwi Fruit Agar-agar Moon Cake
奇异果菜燕月饼

Ingredients:
材料


Kiwi fruits(Blend) 300g
奇异果肉

Agar-agar powder 3tsp
菜燕粉

Water 250g


Sugar 120g



Skin:


Water 1000ml


Sugar 200g


Agar-agar powder 1 Packet
菜燕粉

Greeen colouring a few
青色素

Condensed milk 2 Tbsp
炼奶


Method:
方法

1. Cook agar-agar powder, water together until dissolves. Add in kiwi puree.
菜燕精,水和糖煮溶。加入奇异果煮沸即成馅料。

2. Add in green colouring and condensed milk. Then add in hot water to well and fold in agar-agar water make a skin.
将水,糖,菜燕粉煮沸, 加入青色素和炼奶拌匀。

3. Pour a little(2) onto mould. Leave to cool. Then add in (1) and pour another (2)
onto mould.
先倒入一点(2)料在一月饼模中待不粘手,放入馅料再倒入(2)料即成。
