Ingredients

Lotus seed 600g
湘莲

Sugar 580g


Groundnut 2 ¾ cup

Maltose 2Tbsp
麦芽糖

Alkaline 1Tbsp
碱水
Method
方法

1. Add lotus seeds with alkaline water and 3 Tbsp of plain water, leave for 20 minutes. Add in 3 bowls of water, cover it bring to boil for 15 minutes. Wash away the lotus seed’s skin and add in 2 ½ bowl of water steam till the lotus seeds soften. Blend well.

先将湘莲加入1汤匙碱水与3汤匙水拌均,搁置20分钟然后加入3碗水煮沸立刻加盖局15分钟于是洗去莲衣用2 ½ 碗水蒸至熟烂。将煮烂之莲子连同水倒入搅拌器打至摩烂。

2. Heat the work, pour in 50ml of water, add in sugar, cook till the mixture become syrup, then add in the blended lotus seeds and fry till water dry slowly add in oil mix then dish out.5. Add in maltase stir well.

热锅倒入50ml的水,加入糖使成为核黄色便将莲子泥倒入,炒至水份点干,即可逐步加入油炒至离锅再加入麦芽糖拌匀即成。
