Ingredient
材料

Flour 360g
麵粉

Syrup 190ml
糖漿

Corn oil 90ml
粟米油

Dye water 1 1/2tsp


Method
做法

1. Mix all the ingredients. Over dough for several hours.
將材料拌均再加入280g麵粉搓均勻,待發約2小時,再加入80g麵粉輕壓成麵團,即醒發40分鐘即可取出使用.
