Spare Rib With Vinegar
糖醋排骨

Ingredient
材料

Spare ribs 600 g
排骨

Vinegar 1 Bottle
糖醋

Egg 1 Pcs
鸡蛋

Corn Flour A bit
木薯粉

Salt 1 ½ tsp


Sugar 1 Tbsp


Raising powder ½ tsp
松肉粉

Pepper ½ tsp
胡椒粉

Method
做法

1. Marinate spare ribs(pig) evenly. Leave it for 2 hours.
将排骨加入腌料均各放2小时备用。

2. Heat a work with oil. Coat spare rib with flour. Deep fry till cooked. Dish up for later use.
热油把排骨沾上粉炸熟捞起待用。

3. Heat up a work with 1 Tbsp oil. Pour in vinegar. Mix in spare rib and fry evenly. A fragrant dish is ready.
起锅加入油把糖醋倒入排骨炒均便可上桌。
