SP Oil 1tsp

Condensed milk 2Tbsp

咖啡糊

Coffee mix 1 Packet
咖啡香精

Baking powder 1/2tsp
发粉

Butter 150g
牛油

Flour 200g
水仙粉

Method
做法

1. Beat egg white, sugar, SP oil till flufty. Add in egg yolk one by one.
将蛋白和糖,SP油打发再把蛋黄逐粒加入。

2. Then add in ingredient (B) and beat evenly.
然后加入(B)料打均。

3. Blend in flour,butter and beat thoroughly.
最后拌入面粉和牛油搅均匀。

4. Use 150 degrees to bake for 30 minutes till baked.
用150度烘30分钟至熟为止。

芒果汁

燕菜粉

Castor sugar 400g
幼糖

Ingredient B
材料B

Water 100ml


Mango 300g
芒果

Mango(Cubes) Some
芒果(切丁)

Method
做法

1. Cook water, sugar and agar-agar till boiling for use later.
首先水,糖和燕菜粉一起煮待用。

2. Mash mango meat, add in water. Cut mango meat into cube shapes. Add in ingredient A together woth milk, mango squash. Pour into cups. Serve when cool.
水,芒果肉搅烂另外芒果肉切丁。把搅拌好的芒果倒入料再加入奶水及芒果汁便可倒入杯中待冷冻后可食用。
