Method
做法
1. Dough : Beat butter, salt and icing sugar until soft. Add in egg, finally mix in the flour mix. Wrap and chill.
面皮 : 将牛油,盐及糖分搅打至
2. Filling : Melt butter and chocolate, put aside.
馅料 : 将牛油和巧克力溶解,待用。
3. Hand whisk egg and sugar then add in flour to mix well.
打蛋和糖, 加入面粉拌均匀。
4. Combine both mixtures together into a smooth batter.
将两者搅拌均匀。
5. Press dough into the tartlets mould, repeat until enough.
将面皮按入塔模,重复。
6. Pour in the filling, bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool down.
将馅料倒入,以170温度烘25分钟。
7. Topping : Boil whipping cream until boiling, stir in chocolate. Finally add in butter, cool down.
装饰 : 将淡奶油煮沸,灭火后搅入巧克力。最后加入牛油,待冷。
8. Pipe a file line white chocolate, use a stick to draw spider web.
挤上一些白色巧克力线条,用沙爹枝画图。
