


Bread & Butter Pudding

White bread loaf 300g

Raisin 30g
葡萄干
Butter 100g

Fresh milk 600g
鲜奶
Sugar 70g

Egg 300g
鸡蛋
Egg yolk 2 Nos

Whipping cream 200g
淡奶油
Method
做法
1. Spread butter onto the bread and cut into small pieces then arrange on 9” round tray and put aside.
将牛油涂上面包上后切成小块在9寸圆模中,待用。
2. Whisk sugar, eggs and egg yolks until combine then add in milk and whipping cream to combine, slowly pour on the bread, sprinkle raisin.
将糖,鸡蛋与蛋黄搅打均匀,接着加入鲜奶及淡奶油。慢慢倒在面包上,撒上一些葡萄干。
3. Bake at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
以170温度烘烤40分钟。
