烤木薯糕

Ingredient
材料

Fresh tapioca 1000g
木薯

Icing sugar 150g
糖粉

Salt ½ tsp


Egg 1 Pcs
鸡蛋

Tapioca flour 2 Tbsp
木薯粉

Thick coconut milk 400ml
浓椰浆

Method
做法

1. Mix the tapioca puree with the rest of the ingredients to get a mixture.
把木薯和剩余材料混合。

2. Line the tray with soften banana leaves, grease with some butter and pour the butter into the lined banana leaf tray.
把香蕉叶铺在烤盘,涂上少许牛油,然后把木薯混合料倒入。

3. Bake with 190 degree for 35 minutes, then grill the kueh bengka for 10 minutes grill the surface is golden brown.
放入预热至190度的烤炉35分钟,然后改用火把表面烤10分钟至微黄即可。
