Osyter Sauce 1Tbsp
蠔油 1汤匙
Light Soya Sauce 1Tbsp
生抽 1汤匙
MSG 1/2 tsp
味精 1/2 茶匙
A bit of ground pepper
胡椒粉 少许
A bit of Sesame oil
麻油 适量
Method:
做法
1. Quick fry the pork slices and set aside.
热油蝸, 将肉片拉油备用。
2. Heat up some cooking oil to saute ginger and white part of spring onion. Then add in minced garlic and oysoyster sauce. Stir them for a while.
热油蝸, 爆香姜片和姜白段, 加入蒜米, 蚝油稍爆。
3. Add in pork slices and toss evenly. Then add in shao hsing wine, a bit water and seasoning.
放入肉片翻炒, 洒入花调酒, 加入少许的水, 调味。
4. Add in diced spring onion and toss briskly. Lastly, spread in some sesame sauce and it is ready to serve.
放入青葱段, 稍微翻炒, 沟点麻油便可上盘。
