Method
做法
1. Beat the eggs and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved, or light and fluffy.
搅拌鸡蛋和糖,直到糖完全溶解或轻而蓬松。
2. Fold in sifted flour in 3 batches, add in isotonic drinks mixed well.
将面粉筛分3批,加入等渗饮料混合均匀。
3. Pour in a 10 inches round bamboo basket lined with glasses proof paper.
倒入一个内玻璃纸的10英寸圆形竹篮。
4. Steamed in the preheated steamer or heat for about 1 hour.
在预热的蒸锅中蒸或加热约1小时。
