Steamed Tapioca Kueh
蒸木薯干糕
Ingredient
材料
Tapioca flesh 600g
木薯肉
Sugar 120g
糖
Thick coconut milk 200g
浓椰浆
Salt 1 Tbsp
盐
Margarine 1Tbsp
菜油
Tapioca flour 2 Tbsp
木薯粉
Method
做法
1. Peel and cut tapioca into cubes, finely grate in an electric food processor.
把木薯去皮切小片,用电动磨机磨幼。
2. In a bowl, combine granted tapioca with rest of above ingredients.
把磨好的木薯加入其它的材料混合及搅均匀。
2. Steam over high heat for 40 minutes or till set.
倒入盆用大火蒸40分钟至熟为止。
